This notice covers the Ultimate Caption website forms.

What you send us

The contact form collects your name, email address, topic and message. Early-access registration collects your email and selected plan, along with any optional name, publishing frequency, current editor and computer platform you provide. We also record the form source and your consent with the message.

How we use it

We use contact information to reply to your inquiry. If you join the launch list, we use your registration to send beta, release and launch-offer updates, and to understand creator needs. You can ask us to stop these emails or delete your registration by replying to a message or using the contact form.

Email and service providers

Form submissions are delivered to our team by email using Google’s Gmail SMTP service. Submitted information is therefore handled in the receiving mailbox and by the email service. Please do not include sensitive credentials or payment information.

Essential website data

The forms use an essential session cookie to protect submissions. Short-lived hashed network identifiers help limit spam; these abuse records do not contain your form message. The website does not currently include third-party analytics, advertising pixels or external font services. The web server may keep ordinary request logs.

Keeping and removing information

We keep inquiries and launch registrations while they are needed for replies and the launch communications you requested. To request access, correction or deletion, contact us through the contact page. We may retain information needed to address abuse or meet applicable obligations.
